30-Day Return Window
If you are not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Initiate
Log in to your account, navigate to Orders, and select "Return Item." Alternatively, email support@hypee.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, intimate wear, and personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.
