Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability or errors in pricing.

Intellectual Property

All content—logos, images, text, and designs—is the property of Hypee and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Hypee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
